The AntiBio Hydroponics system is a chemical-free, environmentally friendly solution which removes biofilm and scale buildup within your system, while reducing Pythium outbreaks and producing bigger, healthier crops.

How does it work:

The AntiBio Hydroponics system uses patented Sweeping Sound Frequencies (SSF) to remove biofilm and scale buildup from inside the pipework. Scientifically proven by Griffith University in Queensland, Australia and used in a number of industries worldwide the AntiBio Hydroponics system also helps growers produce better crops. Our system does not use any chemicals, making it environmentally friendly and easy to maintain.

The systems consist of 2 main components - a control unit and up to 4 activators. These activators connect to the control unit and are installed on the pipework. One system can treat up to 4 nutrient systems, if they are all in close proximity of each other. Multiple systems can be run on bigger farms. Installation is quick & easy. Once installed there is no ongoing maintenance or input requited.

Will the system work on an irrigated farm? Which sites will get best results?

The system will assist any farm with biofilm and scale removal. This will ensure that drippers and misters operate at peak efficiency. The greatest benefits to plant growth will be seen on plans with a short crop cycle and sites with a significant biofilm and scale buildup within nutrient systems

How many systems will I need?

Each AntiBio Hydroponics can treat 4 nutrients systems in close proximity of each other.

My drippers are getting more blockages than normal after installing the system, what is happening?

The AntiBio Hydroponics systems is flushing the biofilm from your system. This will stop once all of the biofilm has been removed. You can accelerate this process by ensuring any filters used are cleaned more regularly, and dumping of nutrients tanks occurs more frequently until off of the biofilm has been removed.

How long after installing the system will I start noticing results?

Every site is different, and will therefore have different results. After installing the system, biofilm removal should begin immediately, and full results can be shown within 3-6 months, depending on the type of crop being grown.

Short cycle crops will demonstrate visible root improvements within weeks as new crops are turned over. This is because plant roots derive their greatest benefit from the early days of being planted out.

How long does it take to install?

All our products are engineered to last 20 years or more and include a 3+ year warranty

Does the system use much power?

No – the system only has a minimal power requirements. The system can also be run on solar power if required.

Each system comes with a 3+ year warranty.

How do I know the systems are working?
